It is a privilege to be part of the Trust Advisory team as a certified facilitator for the Trust-Based Leadership course. For more than 25 years, I’ve been happy serving clients with marketing and communication strategies, training and consulting. The greatest joy I get out of training is when leaders realize how influential they can be when they are authentic and stay true to their values.
As the lead designer and facilitator for the one-day training program Trust-Based Leadership, I work with organizations to train leaders on how to build and demonstrate trust in the workplace. My goal: to make the world a better place to work, one leader at a time. Better leaders make better work environments. Better work environments maximize performance and commitment of the workforce.
I am thrilled to be one of the facilitators for the Trust-Based Leadership one day program. It is a pleasure to be able to help leaders understand and appreciate the importance that trust has in our work environments and our relationships with others. It is my practice to create a learning environment conducive to exploration and dialogue that helps leaders to discuss practical ways that they may implement the concepts around trust that we introduce during our training sessions.
As a facilitator for the one day training program, Trust-Based Leadership, I work with leaders at all levels in an organization to identify ways to build and demonstrate trust and to help increase their personal leadership trustworthiness. I am committed to helping leaders recognize their impact in creating an environment of trust where employees can engage and perform to their fullest potential. Read more
