As part of your SHSC December Leadership Training program, you’ve been asked to participate in the Trust Quotient (TQ) multi-rater assessment.
Important deadlines to keep in mind:
Wednesday, November 2nd: Self-assessment and rater submissions due (1 and 3 below)
Wednesday, November 16th: Rater feedback due
Here are the simple steps:
1. Self-assessment. Sign in using the link and personal access code that was emailed to you from Trusted Advisor Associates to complete the self-assessment portion of the process. This 20-question survey should take you no longer than 6-7 minutes. Please be sure to complete the assessment in one sitting.
2. Rater requests. Invite your raters to participate. Briefly explain the context, process, and associated due dates. Here’s a sample invitation note to get you started:
“As part of my professional development, I’m participating in a Leadership Training program here at SHSC and taking a Multi-Rater (360) Trust Assessment from Trusted Advisor Associates LLC. It involves rating myself and getting anonymous feedback regarding my own trustworthiness from colleagues and others whose opinion I respect. Are you willing to fill out a short, anonymous questionnaire with your observations of me?
I would really value your input, which will be combined with of the feedback from my other raters. I’m taking a self-assessment so I can compare others’ ratings with how I see myself. Of course, I will never see your individual responses, just the average of all my raters.
If you agree, please look for an email from Trusted Advisor Associates with the subject line “You’ve been asked to rate a SHSC participant in a trust program” on November 3rd and complete the questions by November 16, 2022.

3. Rater submission. Submit your confirmed list of internal and external raters at the bottom of this page. Be on the lookout for an email confirmation that we received your entries.
4. Feedback review. Your confidential report will be emailed to you before your debrief meeting. Please have it available for the program.
