DELIVERY ASSOCIATE AND COACH

I am a strong advocate of Organic Learning and Gamification. I believe transformation does not emerge from information overload, but from meaningful, engaging experiences that move people to think, decide, and act.
I design learning experiences that integrate gamification, case study simulation, and intentional opportunities to practice. Through structured simulations and carefully engineered team experiences, we create what I call SAFE PRESSURE. Pressure is essential for growth—we operate in environments marked by ambiguity, adversity, and consequence. Learning must reflect that reality. Yet it must also be safe enough to challenge assumptions, make mistakes, and test bold decisions without real-world risk. When pressure is calibrated correctly, performance expands, confidence deepens, and insight sharpens.
I have facilitated strategic planning and executive workshops across Europe and Asia. Across cultures, one principle holds true: people grow when they are both challenged and engaged.
I am also a University Professor teaching Strategic Management and Operations Management, bridging academic rigor with practical execution. I am certified in Adversity Quotient and GRIT, am a licensed Flourishing Coach, and hold certification in Transition to People Management from Paris, France. I earned a degree in Philosophy, Magna Cum Laude, an MBA, and completed the Advanced Business Strategy Program at Harvard University.
My Trust Story
I was engaged to facilitate a planning and teaming session for a newly formed leadership team of a multinational company. The group was a mix of long-tenured leaders and new executives.
Early in the session, tension surfaced. What should have been strategic dialogue turned into a subtle battle of expertise. “This is how we have always done it” clashed with “This is how it should be done.” Credibility was being defended rather than shared.
The real issue was not strategy. It was trust.
The team was not yet comfortable with one another. Without trust, ideas felt like threats and discussions felt personal. I suggested to the new CEO that we pivot. Before refining strategy, we needed to build trust intentionally.
Introducing the Trust Equation and the Four Levels of Relationship became the turning point. The team realized that while credibility matters, overemphasizing expertise can create distance. What truly moved the needle was working on intimacy and low self-orientation.
As leaders became more open, less defensive, and more collaborative, alignment followed.
The lesson was clear: competence earns respect, but trust drives performance.
