DELIVERY ASSOCIATE AND COACH
Manila, Philippines
I design and lead trust-centered leadership programs and coach executives navigating complex relationship challenges. In every workshop, I bring together strategy, science, and experiential learning to help leaders strengthen credibility, deepen connection, and build relationships that drive results.
Clients often share that I balance rigor with energy, and reflection with action. My goal is simple: to leave people with sharper insight, practical tools, and the confidence to lead with both competence and trust. I continue to learn something new about trust in every room I facilitate.
For more than 15 years, I have worked with organizations across Southeast Asia on leadership development, customer engagement, and organizational transformation. As Founder and Principal Consultant of iLeap Consulting International, I design large-scale learning initiatives that translate research into measurable business impact.
I partner with global and regional organizations of all sizes across industries including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, food and beverage, energy, and financial services. Earlier in my career, I served as a professor at De La Salle University, teaching Organization Theory and Design, Project Management, and Research Methods.
My Trust Story
One of the most memorable moments in my work with the Trusted Advisor framework happened during a leadership workshop.
We had just completed the Trust Quotient assessment, and I projected the team’s aggregate scores on the screen. As the leaders studied the results, one executive suddenly leaned back and said quietly, “Now I understand.”
He pointed to their consistently low score on intimacy. He shared that years ago, when the company was still small, they would celebrate achievements with simple rewards—a sack of rice, a small cash bonus. After every rollout, he would receive dozens of personal messages of appreciation. People would stop him in the hallways to express gratitude.
Recently, after the biggest incentive launch ever, only six people said thank you.
As he reflected on the low intimacy score, something clicked. “In the early days,” he said, “I used to walk the manufacturing floor almost every day. I would ask about their families. Their children. Their weekend plans. I knew what was happening in their lives.” Then he paused. “Lately, I have been too busy.”
That moment changed me. It was a first-person reminder that trust is not abstract. When leaders withdraw relational presence, people feel it immediately. Culture shifts quietly, engagement softens, and gratitude fades. Intimacy is not about being personal for the sake of being nice—it is about signaling care, being accessible, and demonstrating that people matter beyond performance metrics.
