You know your IQ, and maybe your EQ, but do you know your Trust Quotient? How trustworthy are you? And how can you help the members of your team build trusted advisor relationships with clients and colleagues?

We believe that trustworthiness can be learned — if you know where to start.

The Trust Quotient Quiz for Individuals: How trustworthy am I?

We offer the Trust Quotient Quiz as a tool for identifying individual strengths and weaknesses around trustworthiness and a basis for personal action. This simple online quiz gives individuals an in-depth personal reading of how they score themselves around the four factors which build trustworthiness, from the Trust Equation.

Each participant receives a comprehensive, confidential report of his or her results. The report includes a personal Trust Temperament™ profile — their natural tendencies around being trusted.

Gain these benefits of doing Trust Quotient Quiz work with your group:

  • Individual team members build their confidence and get tools for building trusted advisor relationships with clients — and gaining more business

  • Teams begin from a common understanding of trustworthiness

  • You can assess your team’s profile, and begin to build the balance which is right for your organization

The Trust 360 Survey: Does my intent match my impact?

Take the Trust Quotient Quiz a step further and see how other people view the personal trustworthiness of you and your team members. This assessment expands the value of the Trust Quotient Quiz by asking the same 20 questions of selected clients, colleagues, or others whose opinions matter to your business. We then review results in a group session at your site.

The Trust 360 Survey is administered online, and gathers anonymous feedback for each participant. It’s an invaluable way to get feedback. The Trust 360 Survey helps participants by:

  • Gives confidential feedback about what others really think about your individual team members’ trustworthiness

  • Identifies discrepancies between how participants rated themselves and how others rated them

  • Provides immediate, real world examples of actions to take to improve trustworthiness during a half-day seminar with a Trusted Advisor facilitator
