We offers services for diagnosing the trustworthiness of individuals and organizations, and the tools for increasing that trustworthiness. All are based on the work of Charles H. Green in the area of trust over the last 12 years, including the Trust Equation and the Trust Principles.
Tools for Assessing Personal Trustworthiness

-
The Trust Quotient (TQ) Quiz: This 20-question online quiz assesses personal trustworthiness, with suggestions for action based on the quiz results. A free version, with abbreviated results, is available here. The corporate version provides a rich 20 page personalized report which includes the individual’s Trust Temperament™.
-
The Trust 360 Survey: Take the Trust Quotient Survey one step further by getting confidential feedback from colleagues and clients. This expanded version of the Trust Quotient Quiz presents the same online survey to selected colleagues, direct reports and clients — who report anonymously on your trustworthiness. A Trusted Advisor facilitator then meets on site with your participants as a group to analyze individual results and develop strategies for action.
Solutions for Improving Personal Trustworthiness
-
Trusted Advisor Workshops: Accelerated learning for groups is offered in our workshops, geared to increasing individual trustworthiness for the benefit of the individual and your business. Tools for Assessing and Improving the Trustworthiness of Your Organization
-
The Trust Roadmap™: a CAT scan of how your organization is trusted — or not. The process begins with an online survey taken by a wide range of stakeholders, from employees to clients to shareholders. We then meet with key managers to develop a Trust Roadmap™ of actions your company or organization can take to improve its trustworthiness.
